Varenna

La brillante luce del sole e il cielo terso rendono i colori vividi e ogni angolo di questo delizioso luogo sembra una cartolina. Passeggiare per le viette di Varenna è come trovarsi ogni momento sulla tela di un pittore e penso, con un sorriso, che mia nonna ne avrebbe voluto dipingere ogni dettaglio. Le case che si specchiano sulle acque del lago, le viette strette, le bellezze artistiche ne fanno un luogo molto romantico, ma anche chi non è dolcemente accompagnato avrà modo di gustarsi questo luogo ameno. Piacevole per una gita tra amiche, come ho fato io per rilassarsi, godere delle bellezze paesaggistiche e architettoniche, ridere e concedersi pause di relax  per chiacchierare e ammirare il panorama.

Sinceramente avevo riposto alte aspettative nei riguardi di due strutture Villa Cipressi e Hotel Royal Vittoria che però, per i servizi provati e per l’accoglienza inesistente da parte del ricevimento, nonostante avessimo un appuntamento, sono state disattese. Peccato perché hanno una posizione ottima, affacciandosi direttamente sul lago.

The bright sunlight and the clear sky make the colors vivid and every corner of this delightful place looks like a postcard. Walking through the little streets of Varenna is like being on a painter’s canvas and I think, with a smile, that my grandmother would have liked to paint every detail. The houses reflected on the waters of the lake, the narrow streets, the artistic beauties make it a very romantic place, but even those who are not gently accompanied will have the opportunity to enjoy this pleasant place. Pleasant for a trip with friends, as I did to enjoy the beautiful scenery and architecture, laugh and enjoy relaxing breaks to chat and admire the view. Honestly I had placed high expectations in regard to Villa Cipressi and Hotel Royal Vittoria which, however, for the services tried and for the non-existent welcome by the reception, despite we had an appointment, were disregarded. It is not good because they have a great location, directly overlooking the lake.
