Un romantico San Valentino a Lecce

Sto fantasticando sulle mete più belle per San Valentino e mi è stato suggerito di trascorrere un intimamente elegante ed esclusivamente raffinato soggiorno nel luxury boutique townhouse a Lecce, il Palazzo BN. Un palazzo di tardo ottocento ripensato in chiave contemporanea nel centro storico di questa splendida città barocca; vi sono solamente 13 lussuose suite. Un luogo pensato anche per i palati raffinati, tra le colonne di marmo pregiato si possono degustare le eccellenze del territorio e i prodotti più freschi che il mare può offrire. Per le coppie è stato pensato uno speciale pacchetto d’amore con il quale godersi un drink di benvenuto, il pernottamento in suite, accesso alla Wellness Gym e cena gourmet a lume di candela. Per il menù si è pensato di proporre: antipasto con carciofo alla brace con tartare di gambero violetto di Gallipoli e il suo estratto, spuma di ricotta al cedro e lattuga di mare; primo con risotto di risoni mantecato con concentrazione di frutti di mare, polvere di porcino e seppioline flambate; secondo triglia in crosta di pane di semola, cime di rape e bouillabaisse allo zafferano; dessert Red Passion: cioccolato, lampone e passion fruit.

Per coloro che sono a Lecce, a partire da questo mese, il Palazzo BN apre le sue porte anche agli ospiti esterni; ogni domenica verrà servita una prima colazione in stile newyorkese e per la giornata di apertura, il 5 febbraio, ci saranno le dolci note dell’arpista Eleonora Carbone. Si potranno assaporare il crostone con burro salato e salmone, il pancake salato con panna acida e caviale, il crostone con burro al caviale e le uova di salmone, il tutto accompagnato da un calice di champagne. Per l’ora dell’aperitivo verranno organizzate delle serate a tema, la prima sarà dedicata ai grandi film e prevede dj set di Lorenzo Primiceri con Alessandro Dell’Anna live.

A place also designed for refined palates, among the columns of fine marble we can taste the excellence of the territory and the freshest products of the sea. For couples, a special love package has been designed to enjoy a welcome drink, a stay in the suite, access to the Wellness Gym and gourmet candlelight dinner. For the menu: appetizer with grilled artichoke with Gallipoli violet shrimp tartare and its extract, cedar ricotta mousse and sea lettuce; first course with risotto di risoni mantecato with seafood concentration, porcini powder and flambéed cuttlefish; second course mullet in a crust of semolina bread, turnip tops and saffron bouillabaisse; and dessert Red Passion: chocolate, raspberry and passion fruit. For those who are n Lecce, from this month, Palazzo BN will also open its doors to outside guests; a New York-style breakfast will be served every Sunday, and for opening day, the 5th of February 2023, there will be the sweet notes of harpist Eleonora Carbone. Salted butter and salmon crostone, salted pancake with sour cream and caviar, caviar butter crostone and salmon roe will be enjoyed, all accompanied by a glass of champagne. Theme nights will be organized for the happy hours, the first one will be dedicated to great films and there will be the DJ sets by Lorenzo Primiceri and Alessandro Dell’Anna live.
