Turista milanese a Milano

Avete mai fatto i turisti nella vostra città? Io ogni tanto mi diverto a farlo e scopro cose che non avevo mai visto. La mia mattinata è iniziata con un cappuccino fumante e un goloso monte bianco da Cracco in Galleria. Qui ci si immerge nell’eleganza del salotto bene di Milano, pareti in stucco, dipinte a mano a motivo damascato, il pavimento in mosaico e il bancone-bar di fine 800 proveniente da Parigi. Poi sono andata alla ricerca dei fossili incastonati nel pavimento di marmo rosso di Verona della Galleria Vittorio Emanuele e sotto i portici del Duomo. Sarò passata milioni di volte e non me ne ero mai accorta, invece sono lì, a raccontarci un passato molto antico. Poi sono andata a curiosare nella dimenticata “Walk of Fame”; attaccata a Corso Europa c’è una piccola galleria chiamata Largo Corsia Dei Servi, qui ci sono le impronte delle mani e le firma di molti attori, giunti a Milano in occasione dei Telegatti, infatti qui sorgeva la sede del settimanale TV Sorrisi e Canzoni. Quali attori vi hanno apposto le impronte? Tra gli altri: Patrick Swayze, Kirk e Michael Douglas, Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone, Tony Curtis, Sophie Marceau, Sofia Loren, Sandra Mondaini e Raimondo Vianello, Susan Sarandon, Peter Falk, Tom Selleck. Non mi resta che cercare altre curiosità.

Have you ever been a tourist in your city? Sometimes I enjoy doing it and I discover things I’ve never seen before. I start the morning with a steaming cappuccino and a delicious Mont Blanc at “Cracco in Galleria”. Here I immerse myself in the elegance of the fine Milanese living room, stucco walls, damask motif, the mosaic floor and the 19th century Parisian bar counter from Paris. Then I star the search of the fossils set in the red Verona marble floor in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and under the porticoes of the Duomo. I’ve never noticed them, but they tell us about a very ancient past. Then I went to browse the forgotten “Walk of Fame”; near to Corso Europa there is a small gallery called Largo Corsia Dei Servi, here there are the handprints and signatures of many actors who came to Milan on the occasion of the Telegatti, in fact here stood the headquarters of the TV Sorrisi e Canzoni magazine. Which actors put their fingerprints on it? Among others: Patrick Swayze, Kirk and Michael Douglas, Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone, Tony Curtis, Sophie Marceau, Sofia Loren, Sandra Mondaini and Raimondo Vianello, Susan Sarandon, Peter Falk, Tom Selleck. I just have to look for other curiosities.
