Adoro l’eleganza country chic del The Bar at Ralph Lauren in Via della Spiga. Un luogo affascinante che unisce la raffinata atmosfera milanese all’alta cucina della tradizione americana. Questa volta ho scelto una tartare di ricciola con Insalata Mizuna, Avocado, Scalogno Croccante, Sesamo & Erba Cipollina con Salsa di Soia allo Zenzero accompagnata da un fresco calice di Grechetto Roccafiore “Fiorfiore” del 2019.
