St. Moritz Gourmet Festival 2024

La splendida St. Moritz ha ospitato la 30a edizione del St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, un evento esclusivo che ha visto la partecipazione di dieci chef a 3 stelle che hanno deliziato i palati degli ospiti. La prima serata è stata inaugurata con lo splendido Porsche Kitchen Party presso il celeberrimo Badrutt’s Palace. Un’atmosfera da favola che ha affascinato i partecipanti. Il maestro pasticcere, Stefan Gerber, ha fatto un giro d’onore a bordo della Porsche Carrera. Nei giorni a seguire molti sono stati gli appuntamenti che hanno ammaliato i palati di buongustai, chef, stampa ed esperti del settore. Tra questi i Porsche Gourmet Safari, durante i quali gli ospiti hanno potuto godere di un menu di 5 portate, ognuna di esse servita in un hotel diverso, partner del festival, accompagnati da una delle nuovissime Porsche. Presso il Paradiso Mountain Club & Restaurant, che ha regalato una vista mozzafiato sulle maestose vette, si è tenuto il Mountain Brunch, preparato dagli chef Stefan Stiller, Hideaki Matsuo, Juan Amador e Julien Royer. Sono state organizzate anche delle cene a 4 mani che hanno sublimato le portate rendendole ancora più speciali. Il Gran Finale si è svolto presso il Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski; la serata è iniziata con un ricevimento a base di champagne e poi le magnifiche portate sono state servite nel ristorante “Les Saisons”. In concomitanza si è svolto il concorso “Giovani talenti engadinesi”, giunto alla sua 11esima edizione, vinto da Cristian Anton Patscheider (Hotel Walther Pontresina).

Segnatevelo in agenda, la prossima edizione si svolgerà dal 27 gennaio al 1° febbraio 2025.

The beautiful St. Moritz hosted the 30th edition of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival, an exclusive event that saw the participation of ten 3-star chefs who delighted the palates of the guests. The first evening kicked off with the stunning Porsche Kitchen Party at the world-famous Badrutt’s Palace. A fairytale atmosphere that fascinated the participants. The pastry chef, Stefan Gerber, took a lap of honour in the Porsche Carrera. In the days that followed, there were many events that enchanted the palates of gourmets, chefs, press and experts in the sector. These included the Porsche Gourmet Safaris, during which guests were able to enjoy a 5-course menu, each served in a different hotel, a partner of the festival, accompanied by one of the brand new Porsches. At the Paradiso Mountain Club & Restaurant, which offered a breathtaking view of the majestic peaks, the Mountain Brunch was held, prepared by chefs Stefan Stiller, Hideaki Matsuo, Juan Amador and Julien Royer. Dinners were also organized for 4 hands that sublimated the courses, making them even more special. The Grand Finale took place at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski; the evening began with a champagne reception and then the magnificent courses were served in the restaurant “Les Saisons”. At the same time, the “Young Engadine Talents” competition, now in its 11th edition, was held and won by Cristian Anton Patscheider (Hotel Walther Pontresina). Mark your diary, the next edition will take place from January 27 to February 1, 2025.
