Sere d’Estate

Le sere d’estate hanno il sapore della libertà, del benessere, del relax. Quando la luce si fa rosea e l’aria rinfresca ci viene voglia di un aperitivo prima di cena, di farci deliziare dai sapori della buona tavola accompagnandoli con una buona bottiglia di vino, di scoprire le ricchezze del territorio e dell’artigianato e di lasciarci trasportare dalle note musicali che ci accompagneranno per il sesto della notte. In Sardegna ho conosciuto una famiglia di apicoltori e la loro azienda “Sa Domu De S’Abi”; due ragazzi che dopo essersi innamorati hanno scoperto l’amore per il cioccolato e desiderano insegnarci il suo linguaggio, “Idiom Chocolates”; l’olio di lentischio e le sue straordinarie proprietà; i bellissimi gioielli creati a mano dai fili di rame da una donna che non è sarda, ma ama questa terra, Barbara Massimino di Massimino Jewelry.
