“Once Upon a Kitchen”

Un evento unico, ricco di magia, bellezza e delizie. Lo spettacolare e imponente Gotham Hall di New York ha ospitato l’evento “Once Upon a Kitchen, organizzato dalla GR8. Qui gli ospiti intervenuti hanno potuto degustare i piatti magistralmente preparati da tre degli chef più importanti al mondo: Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco e Joan Roca. L’eccezionalità dell’evento ha portato a poter riunire questi tre maestri che, come sorpresa finale, hanno preparato un piatto a sei mani. Per addolcire i palati la maestra pasticciera Christina Tosi ha creato appositamente per la serata un dolce speciale. Il tutto accompagnato da vini pregiati, scelti dall’enologo internazionale Roberto Cipresso.
Un evento dall’animo solidale, i cui ricavati sono andati a favore dell’organizzazione “God’s Love, We Deliver” che dal 1985 consegna gratuitamente pasti a persone malate che vivono nei cinque i distretti delle contee di New York, Westchester e Nassau e la contea di Hudson, nel New Jersey.

A unique event, full of magic, beauty and delights. The spectacular and impressive Gotham Hall in New York hosted the event “Once Upon a Kitchen, organized by GR8. Here guests could taste the dishes masterfully prepared by three of the world’s top chef: Massimo Bottura, Mauro Colagreco and Joan Roca. The exceptionality of the event led to to bring together these three teachers who, as a final surprise, prepared a plate with six hands. At the end the master pastry, Christina, Tosi has created a special dessert. All accompanied by fine wines, chosen by the international winemaker Roberto Cipresso. An event with a charity soul: whose proceeds went to the Organization “God’s Love, We Deliver” since 1985 this organization delivers free meals to sick people living in the five districts of New York, Westchester and Nassau counties and the Hudson County, New Jersey.
A special thanks to the lawyer Clio Scacciavillani who given us in this wonderful experience. The lawyer Clio Scacciavillani wore a corset created by the Italian designer Sofia Provera.
