McLaren is in the future

Le lussuose supercar firmate McLaren entrano nel futuro. E’ stata presentata la nuovissima architettura flessibile e ultraleggera che nel prossimo futuro caratterizzerà la nuova generazione di supercar ibride del marchio, a partire dal 2021. Il nuovo telaio ultraleggero in fibra di carbonio garantisce una maggiore solidità strutturale, standard di sicurezza massimi e livelli di qualità estremamente elevati.

La casa inglese, insieme a Mike Flewitt, CEO del marchio di supercar di lusso McLaren Automotive, ha avuto il piacere di presentare il nuovo telaio MonoCell alla presenza del principe Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa e del Duca e della Duchessa di Cambridge.

I giovanissimi piloti potranno avere il piacere di guidare la nuova McLaren Senna “Ride-on” che potrà  essere ordinata presso le concessionarie McLaren e negozi di giocattoli autorizzati. Questo piccolo bolide è in tutto e per tutto fedele alla la 720S Ride On, la più estrema su pista: portiere funzionanti, luci di frenata attive, sistema di infotainment e il suono originale del motore della McLaren Senna. E’ disponibile in 5 colori: black, Mira Orange, Vega Blu, Memphis red and withe ed è stata pensata una sesta livrea speciale gialla con accenti verdi. Al suo debutto è stata provata dal pilota McLaren di Formula 1 Lando Norris.

McLaren’s luxury supercars are entering the future. A new flexible and lightweight vehicle architecture has been unveiled byMcLaren, in the near future it has been designed specifically to accommodate new hybrid powertrains, starting in 2021. This new, ultra-lightweight carbon fibre chassis boasts greater structural integrity and higher levels of quality and safety. The British company and the CEO of the luxury supercar brand McLaren Automotive, Mike Flewitt, had the pleasure of presenting the new MonoCell chassis in the presence of Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
The junior racing driver will have the pleasure of driving the new McLaren Senna “Ride-on”, it can be ordered at McLaren dealerships and licensed toy stores. It is modelled on McLaren’s most extreme track car, the unparalleled abilities of which are reflected in it bearing the name of three-time McLaren Formula 1 World Champion, Ayrton Senna. It has working dihedral doors, operating brake with brake light elements, infotainment system and realistic McLaren Senna engine sounds. The McLaren Senna Ride-On is available in five authentic and eye-catching McLaren paint colors: black, white, Mira orange, Vega blue and Memphis red. A sixth, special edition color – exclusive to McLaren retailers – of yellow with green accents echoes the colors of Ayrton’s race helmet for the most serious of budding racing drivers. McLaren’s own Formula 1 driver Lando Norris did manage to squeeze into the car and take it for a test drive, just to check he was happy with the way it drove.
