Two souls, one shipyard: Baglietto shows us how it is possible to change whilst remaining true to oneself. The exclusive seaside lounge at the Monaco Yacht Show hosted two world premieres: the Kinda II, the first vessel in the T60 range, and the FAST50, the first model in the new range. Striking a balance between heritage and modernity, between emotion and technology, between elegance and performance, Francesco Paszkowski Design, in collaboration with Margherita Casprini and Pier Luigi Ausonio, have created two extraordinary vessels. The T60 embodies Baglietto’s vision of a new contemporary luxury, centred on the freedom to experience the sea, the quality of the spaces and an increasingly fluid and personalised conception of the on-board experience. The FAST50 revives and reinterprets one of the most iconic elements of Baglietto’s DNA: speed, performance, sporting character and that commitment to high performance which has marked some of the most significant chapters in the shipyard’s history.
On the T60, the relationship with the sea becomes an integral part of the architecture, transforming the spaces into a single, fluid environment. An entire deck has been dedicated to the owner. The master suite comprises an office, a walk-in wardrobe and two spacious private bathrooms. The large windows, which open on three sides, enhance the sense of continuity with the outdoors and look directly out onto the private pool at the bow. At the stern, a conversation area and a lounge area have been designed to offer privacy and relaxation.
The FAST50 represents a new generation of aluminium yachts that offers a contemporary interpretation of Baglietto’s sporting DNA. This yacht strikes a new balance between speed, liveability and customisation. The sleek lines of the iconic models have been combined with some of the stylistic elements introduced by the latest T line. The spaces have been designed to create a natural continuity between the interior and exterior areas. The automotive industry has inspired certain elements that lend the yacht a sporty character.
The position of the jacuzzi has been carefully planned to ensure maximum privacy and a privileged view of the sea, particularly whilst at anchor or in port. For the interiors, the main material is teak, used in both smooth and slatted finishes. Priority has been given to lightweight solutions and high-quality natural materials. Art is a central element of the interior design. The artworks have been selected by the designers to create a collection that complements the yacht’s architecture and colour palette. A new expression of the shipyard’s DNA, developed for owners seeking speed and character without compromising on comfort, space and the scope for personalisation.
