The splendid and exclusive St. Moritz is preparing to host a new, beautiful and elegant event: “St. Moritz Cocktail Week.” The Engadine pearl will celebrate the ritual of the aperitivo. After Como and Taormina, this event will stop in St. Moritz, where every night from February 12th to 15th will be unique. Over four days, more than ten events will take place in twenty different locations, with international guest shifts, après-ski in an igloo, dance lunches on the slopes, a cocktail competition, and a closing party that will keep St. Moritz dancing until late at night. This event was born from the desire to spread a culture of conscious and quality drinking, promoting the local area and strengthening the network between destinations. It will become a reference point for those seeking excellence in luxury hospitality and high-end mixology.

The board of members will include the great names of Engadine hospitality, starting with the legendary Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, which will host the Grand Opening of this new edition in the event room of its Chesa Veglia, scheduled for Thursday, February 12th. In addition to the hotels, events will be held at the city’s best cocktail bars and restaurants, starting with Balthazar, where the St. Moritz Awards will be celebrated on Sunday, February 15th, with a party that will keep cocktail lovers dancing until late at night. The Belmont Café, a minimalist café in the center of town, the White Marmot Restaurant & Bar at high altitude, and the acclaimed Langosteria, which presents its new Moncler Grenoble Bar, an open-air cocktail bar.

The Aperitivo Ritual takes place in a time suspended between day and night, between work and conviviality, when time slows and every sip becomes an opportunity for connection, style, and shared pleasure. This year’s theme stems from the desire to celebrate the magic of the “before dinner” moment, that refined social ritual that has always brought friends and travelers together around a bar, a glass, or a cocktail. The protagonists will be the great classics of the Italian aperitivo, such as bitter, vermouth, aromatic wines and sparkling wines, as well as classic mixology spirits, with a special focus on increasingly popular non-alcoholic drinks. International bartenders will perform on evocative stages, interpreting the theme with creativity and technique, offering a journey through the flavors, aromas, and stories of the aperitivo, in a perfect balance between Italian tradition and the glamour of the Engadine.

Campari, the quintessential aperitif thanks to its unmistakable ruby red color, intense aroma, and distinctive bitterness, will be the star of the Grand Opening at Chesa Veglia at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, with mixology curated by Tommaso Cecca of Camparino in Galleria. Pernod Ricard Swiss will also be present with a prestigious portfolio of premium spirits, which will be the star of the Closing Party & Camp.
