La merenda di Natale all’Hotel Gallia

Le decorazioni natalizie chic e scintillanti ci accolgono in un raffinato abbraccio e sono l’atmosfera perfetta per gustarsi una deliziosa “Merenda di Natale”. In questa magica atmosfera si può scegliere tra proposte dolci o salale, meglio lasciarsi ingolosire dalle sfogliatelle, babà rustico con fontina e cotto alla brace, panettone e pandoro serviti con creme spalmabili alla nocciola e al pistacchio o da bruschette con pomodorini e acciughe e sfogliatelle salate? Io ho scelto il dolce, accompagnato da una bevanda milanese doc, la Barbajada, preparata con caffè e cioccolata e panna montata. Adoro!

Dopo mi fermo nella chiccosissima, sofisticata e contemporanea lounge curata da Gianfranco Ferré Home. Vetro extrachiaro e vetro bronzato, linee contemporanee, lavorazione capitonné e plissettatura, Pied de Poule e pelle nabuk, legno massello e cuoio naturale creano uno spazio dalla forte personalità.

I chose the dessert, accompanied by a Milanese doc drink, the Barbajada, prepared with coffee and chocolate and whipped cream. I Love all! Extra-clear glass and bronzed glass, contemporary lines, capitonné and pleating processing, Pied de Poule and nubuck leather, solid wood and natural leather create a space with a strong personality.
