La Coppa Milano Sanremo sta per iniziare

Sembra ieri eppure sono passati quasi due anni dalle bellissime emozioni che ci ha regalato la scorsa edizione della Coppa Milano Sanremo. Domani si riaccenderanno i motori delle bellissime auto storiche che parteciperanno alla XXII rievocazione storica. Alla competizione più antica e charmant d’Italia sono ammesse le vetture costruite dal 1906 al 1976, munite o di passaporto F.I.V.A, o di fiche F.I.A. Heritage, o di omologazione A.S.I., o fiche A.C.I. Sport, o appartenenti ad un registro di marca. Per la regolarità turistica saranno ammesse le vetture di interesse storico costruite dal 1906 al 1990

La “Signora” delle gare, per la prima volta nella sua storia, aprirà il Campionato Italiano Grandi Eventi 2021 di ACI Sport e avrà come partner illustri Urban Up | Unipol, IWC Schaffahausen, Cuvage, l’eccellenza italiana dello spumante metodo classico e Zepter. I “bolidi di ieri” attraverseranno i paesaggi più suggestivi di Lombardia, Piemonte e Liguria in un percorso di oltre 700 km.

Domani in mattinata, giovedì 6 maggio, gli equipaggi si ritroveranno nel “Tempio della Velocità” per verifiche e prove e, grazie alla partnership con Mercedes-Benz e il dealer ufficiale Merbag S.p.A., gli amanti del marchio AMG avranno la possibilità di testare in esclusiva le loro supercar preferite. Nella hospitality lounge dell’Autodromo di Monza, Natuzzi Italia ha predisposto una lounge area nella quale degustare una selezione di prodotti esclusivi, ci sarà anche una speciale mostra fotografica dedicata alla passione automobilistica e alla grande tradizione Mercedes nel motorsport. Nel pomeriggio le automobili si trasferiranno a Milano per l’esclusiva parata inaugurale che partirà davanti alla sede dell’Automobile Club Milano, passerà per le vie del quadrilatero della moda, per Porta Nuova, sfilerà davanti a De Castillia, 23 di Urban Up | Unipol, al Castello Sforzesco e al Duomo per arrivare infine nel giardino del Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze, il nuovo flagship hotel Gruppo UNA.

La gara partirà ufficialmente la mattina di venerdì 7 maggio, cornice della prima tappa sarà il suggestivo scenario delle Langhe, dove, durante il break intermedio a Priocca d’Alba, gli equipaggi avranno la singolare opportunità di vivere un’esperienza indimenticabile attraverso la visita a “Mondodelvino Wine Experience”, l’unico museo interattivo in Italia dedicato alla cultura del vino. Ripercorrendo la celebre “Ruta” e passando per Rapallo gli equipaggi arriveranno a Portofino dove, novità assoluta di quest’anno, si terrà un esclusivo défilé nell’affascinante contesto della Marina.

Sabato 8 maggio le auto dovranno sostenere le ultime prove speciali, ripartendo da Rapallo si addentreranno nel centro di Genova fino a Piazza De Ferrari, affronteranno le insidiose curve del Passo del Turchino, del Passo del Faiallo, del Colle d’Oggia e del Melogno per poi sostare, per un light lunch, presso la prestigiosa cornice dello Yacht Club di Marina di Loano e concluderanno le prove cronometrate all’interno del Circuito di Ospedaletti, luogo simbolo del motorsport.

La gara terminerà, come da tradizione, a Sanremo, con la tradizionale sfilata in Corso Matteotti. La sera ci sarà la cena di gala e le premiazioni presso l’affascinante location dell’Hotel Royal.

Two years have passed since we felt  beautiful emotions during the last edition of the Coppa Milano Sanremo. Tomorrow the engines of the beautiful historic cars that will participate in the XXII historical race will roar. Tomorrow morning, the 6th of May, the crews will meet in the “Temple of Speed” for checks and tests and, thanks to the partnership with Mercedes-Benz and the official dealer Merbag S.p.A., lovers of the AMG brand will have the opportunity to try their favorite supercars. In the hospitality lounge of the Monza Racetrack, Natuzzi Italia has set up a lounge area in which to taste a selection of exclusive products, there will also be a special photographic exhibition dedicated to the automotive passion and the great Mercedes tradition in motorsport. In the afternoon the cars will move to Milan for the exclusive inaugural parade that will start in front of the headquarters of the Automobile Club Milano, will pass through the streets of the fashion quadrilateral, Porta Nuova, will parade in front of De Castillia, 23 of Urban Up | Unipol, the Sforzesco Castle and the Duomo to arrive in the garden of Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze, the new Flagship Hotel Gruppo UNA. The race will officially start on the morning of Friday, the 7 May, through the suggestive scenery of the Langhe, where, during the intermediate break in Priocca d’Alba, the crews will have the unique opportunity to live an unforgettable experience visiting to “Mondodelvino Wine Experience”, the only interactive museum in Italy dedicated to wine culture. Retracing the famous “Ruta” and passing through Rapallo the crews will arrive in Portofino where, there will be an exclusive défilé in the fascinating context of the Marina. Saturday, the 8 May, the cars will start from Rapallo and will go in the center of Genoa, after they will go on the insidious curves of the Passo del Turchino, the Passo del Faiallo, the Colle d’Oggia and the Melogno and then stop, for a light lunch, at the prestigious Yacht Club of Marina di Loano and will conclude the timed tests inside the Ospedaletti Circuit, a symbolic place of motorsport. The race will end in Sanremo, with the traditional parade in Corso Matteotti. In the evening there will be the gala dinner and the awards at the fascinating location of the Hotel Royal.
