Il restyling di Eugenio Boer

Settembre è il mese dei nuovi inizi, nell’aria c’è voglia di novità e cambiamento. Eugenio Boer ha maturato questo desiderio ancora prima per presentarsi all’apertura dopo le vacanze con una veste nuova. Il locale è rimasto lo stesso così come la sua anima, ma i colori si sono ravvivati per donare un’atmosfera più chic e calda. I toni nel rosso, del nocciola e del marrone bruciato sono illuminati da piccole lampade rosse sui tavoli. Una cosa mi mancherà: le piccole mucche che ci accoglievano sul tavolo. Io sto spingendo perché tornino, voi che ne dite?

September is the month of new beginnings, with a desire for novelty and change in the air. Eugenio Boer developed this desire even earlier, presenting himself with a new look after the holidays. The restaurant has remained the same, as has its soul, but the colours have been brightened to give it a more chic and warm atmosphere. The shades of red, hazelnut and burnt brown are illuminated by small red lamps on the tables. There is one thing I will miss: the little cows that welcomed us on the table.
