Il Panettone milanese

Le tradizioni sono la nostra memoria, il nostro passato che si lega al presente, quel qualcosa che ci emoziona e ci regala calore. E’ proprio nel periodo natalizio che queste riaffiorano con più forza e fanno capolino nella nostra quotidianità, ci abbracciano facendoci sentire al sicuro, più felici, anche se magari con un pizzico di malinconia per i tempi passati. Io sono particolarmente legata al panettone della pasticceria Marchesi 1824, da sempre presente sulla mia tavola. Così anche quest’anno è arrivato perché, soprattutto per una milanese doc, senza panettone che Natale è?

Traditions are our memory, our past that meet the present, is something that excites us and gives us warmth. During Christmas period the traditions resurface with more force and peep into our daily lives, they embrace us and we feel safe, happier, perhaps with a hint of melancholy for the past. I love particularly the Marchesi 1824’s Panettone, it has always been present on my table. For especially a Milanese doc without Panettone what Christmas is?
