Franciacorta Historic 2021

In un bellissimo weekend baciato dal sole, in un territorio paesaggisticamente splendido e famoso per le eccellenze vinicole, si è svolta l’annuale bellissima gara automobilistica “Franciacorta Historic”. A salire sul podio più alto sono stati Alberto e Federico Riboldi che hanno guidato una Fiat 508 C del 1937; a seguire Domenico Battagliola e Paolo Fredi a bordo dell’impegnativa Bugatti Type 37 del 1926 e Fabio e Marco Salvinelli sulla loro Fiat 1100/103 del 1954. Molto seguita la prestazione della Lancia Fulvia Coupé Rallye 1.3 HF del 1968 guidata da Davide Valsecchi che si è dovuto ritirare pochi chilometri prima dell’arrivo. Tra le dame di sono distinte Federica Bignetti Bignetti e Luisa Ciatti, a bordo della Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce del 1960.

La Franciacorta con i suoi paesaggi da cartolina ha incorniciato le bellissime auto storiche presenti alla competizione, sempre amatissima dal pubblico. La partenza è avvenuta dall’Agriturismo Solive al quale le automobili sono ritornate dopo oltre 120 km di gara, 46 prove cronometrate e 1 controllo timbro. Gli equipaggi s sono goduti una pausa pranzo al Relais I Due Roccoli con vista panoramica sul Lago d’Iseo. Tra le auto da sogno presenti: 4 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750, 2 Aston Martin Le Mans, 3 BMW 328, 4 Bugatti (Type 35, 37 e 40), 6 Fiat sportive (508 S, 509 S, 514 “Mille  Miglia” e “Coppa delle Alpi”), 2 OM 665 Superba, 2 Rally ABC e 2 Salmson, l’Alfa Romeo 1900 C Super Sprint carrozzata Zagato, la Amilcar CGSS, una Bandini Sport, una Bentley 3.5 Litre Tourer, una Fiat Francis Lombardi 850 Grand Prix, una Healy Silverstone, una Lancia Appia Sport Zagato e una Lambda Casaro, una Riley Brooklands e una Siata Daina Gran Sport.

Franciacorta Historic ci dà appuntamento all’anno prossimo.

On a beautiful sunny weekend, in a beautiful territory, famous for its wine excellence, the annual beautiful car race “Franciacorta Historic” took place. Alberto and Federico Riboldi won the highest podium on board a 1937 Fiat 508 C; at the second place there were Domenico Battagliola and Paolo Fredi on board the 1926 Bugatti Type 37 and at the third one Fabio and Marco Salvinelli on their 1954 Fiat 1100/103. Much followed the performance of the 1968 Lancia Fulvia Coupé Rallye 1.3 HF driven by Davide Valsecchi who had to retire a few kilometers before teh arrival. Among the ladies Federica Bignetti Bignetti and Luisa Ciatti, on board the 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce distinguished. The Franciacorta with its postcard landscapes framed the beautiful historic cars present at the competition always loved by the public. The start took place from the Solive Farmhouse and here the cars returned after more than 120 km, 46 timed tests and 1 stamp check. The drivers enjoyed a lunch break at the Relais “I Due Roccoli” with panoramic views of Iseo Lake.
