Carlo Cracco al MarePineta Resort

Circondato da una pineta secolare e a pochi passi dal mare il MarePineta Resort è un icona di stile ed eleganza senza tempo. L’hotel inaugurato nel 1927 ed era scelto da una clientela raffinata,  personaggi del mondo della cultura, dell’industria, della politica e dello spettacolo, sceglievano queso luogo per il tranquillo giardino, i campi da tennis e la spiaggia privata. Lo Studio Lissoni di Milano si è recentemente occupato del suo restyling che ha voluto mantenere l’allure originale.

La stagione 2023 è stata inaugurata con un evento speciale presso il ristorante The Cube Restaurant. Lo chef Carlo Cracco, insieme alla brigata del ristorante Cracco Portofino e all’Executive Chef Jures Alessi hanno preparato una cena per raccontare le eccellenze della Comunità di San Patrignano attraverso sapori, profumi ed emozioni. E’ stato pensato un menù di quattro portate delle quali lo Chef Carlo Cracco ha preparato antipasto, primo e dessert, mentre aperitivo e secondo piatto sono stati curati dello Chef Alessi.

The hotel opened in 1927 and was chosen by a refined clientele, personalities from the world of culture, industry, politics and entertainment, chose this place for the quiet garden, the tennis courts and the private beach. Studio Lissoni in Milan has recently taken care of its restyling that wanted to maintain the original allure. The 2023 season was inaugurated with a special event at The Cube Restaurant. Chef Carlo Cracco, together with the brigade of the Cracco Portofino restaurant and Executive Chef Jures Alessi prepared a dinner to tell the excellence of the San Patrignano Community through flavors, aromas and emotions. A four-course menu has been prepared, Chef Carlo Cracco has prepared appetizer, first course and dessert, while aperitif and second course have been taken care of by Chef Alessi.
