Cracco Portofino è un vero e proprio viaggio tra profumi e sapori della tradizione ligure, reinterpretati dalle mani sapienti dello Chef. Il menù è a cura dello Chef Mattia Pecis, cresciuto nella brigata del Ristorante Cracco, che porta in tavola il meglio che la regione offre, senza dimenticare i piatti iconici meneghini in chiave ligure, come l’Insalata Russa Caramellata e il Tuorlo d’Uovo Marinato.
