Non solo, si è voluto dare un contributo importante a favore della sostenibilità e della rigenerazione ambientale con, ad esempio, un progetto di riforestazione in collaborazione con Olivami, associazione impegnata nella salvaguardia dell’olivicoltura pugliese. Ogni albero rappresenta un omaggio ai contadini che da secoli custodiscono queste terre e, al contempo, gli ulivi piantati assorbiranno circa 50 tonnellate di CO₂ ogni anno, contribuendo a compensare l’impronta carbonica delle attività aziendali e degli spostamenti dei clienti durante i loro soggiorni.

Per conoscere questo modello imprenditoriale siamo stati invitati per un pranzo da Identità Golose, qui abbiamo ascoltato dalla voce di Massimo Valentini e della responsabile dei Guest Angels alcune peculiarità di questo modo di intendere la vacanza e poi abbiamo avuto un assaggio di Puglia attraverso alcuni dei suoi piatti tipici e ad uno dei suoi vini.

Not only that, we wanted to make an important contribution to sustainability and environmental regeneration with, for example, a reforestation project in collaboration with Olivami, an association committed to safeguarding Apulian olive growing. Each tree is a tribute to the farmers who have been guarding these lands for centuries and, at the same time, the planted olive trees will absorb about 50 tons of CO₂ each year, helping to offset the carbon footprint of the company’s activities and customers’ movements during their stays.
