Zuma Ibiza e Porto Cervo

Zuma questa estate sta solleticando i nostri palati con due novità super Glamour. Ha aperto un Pop Up nella vivace Marina Ibiza, con una bellissima terrazza panoramica; sapori audaci e intensi e i piatti pensati per essere condivisi. Il menù propone piatti della cucina giapponese rivisti in chiave contemporanea, tra le specialità: astice arrosto con peperoncino verde e burro shiso all’aglio. Gli amanti dei cocktail potranno sbizzarrirsi tra classici d’autore e selezionati liquori giapponesi, ci sono ben 40 varietà di sake; Zuma vantava il primo sommelier di sake d’Europa.

L’altra grande novità è il debutto di Zuma nella super glamour Porto Cervo con un look fresco e contemporaneo creato abbinando bambù, ceramica e pietra dove gustare la proposta gastronomica izakaya creata da Rainer Becker. Il ristorante offre un suggestivo rooftop con vista sulla Marina all’interno del complesso del Cervo Tennis Club. Nel lounge bar al piano inferiore si possono degustare cocktails accompagnati da un DJ set d’eccezione. Al piano superiore il menu propone tra gli altri la ricciola piccante con peperoncino verde, ponzu e aglio marinato e il maiale iberico con koshu allo yuzu e salsa al tartufo.

Zuma this summer is tickling our palates with two super Glamour novelties. It opened a Pop Up in the lively Marina Ibiza, with a beautiful panoramic terrace; bold and intense flavors and courses created to be shared. The menu offers Japanese cuisine revised in a contemporary way among the specialties: roast lobster with green chili pepper and garlic shiso butter. Cocktail lovers can choose between classics of the author ones and selected Japanese liqueurs, there are 40 varieties of sake; Zuma boasted Europe’s first sake sommelier. The other great novelty is the debut of Zuma in the super glamorous Porto Cervo with a fresh and contemporary look created by combining bamboo, ceramics and stone where taste the izakaya gastronomic proposal created by Rainer Becker. The restaurant offers a charming rooftop overlooking the Marina in the Cervo Tennis Club complex. In the lounge bar downstairs we can enjoy cocktails accompanied by an exceptional DJ set. Upstairs the menu offers among others the spicy amberjack with green chili, ponzu and marinated garlic and the Iberian pork with yuzu koshu and truffle sauce.
