Un pic-nic chic

Con l’arrivo delle belle giornate e del sole si ha il desiderio di stare all’aria aperta a contatto con la natura. Così in occasione della Festa della Mamma, il 9 maggio, a Villa Terzaghi potremo prenotare un esclusivo e chic pic-nic. Una bellissima location situata nel cuore del parco del Ticino nella quale ha sede l’Associazione Maestro Martino presieduta dallo chef Carlo Cracco.

Cuochi di fama nazionale e internazionale e i loro promettenti giovani allievi interpreteranno i sapori del territorio locale preparando gustosi cestini gourmet d’asporto da assaporare nei bellissimi giardini della Villa o avventurandosi alla coperta del territorio.

Si potranno scegliere tre diverse proposte, i cui nomi traggono ispirazione dai personaggi vissuti all’epoca di Maestro Martino, accompagnandole con i vini del Prosecco DOC Sparkling wine partner della Villa:

CESTINO DEGLI SFORZA: Chips di polenta soffiate; Arancini di vialone nano Riserva San Massimo allo zafferano con ragù di ossobuco; Poke di bulgur, caponatina di verdure di stagione, trota affumicata a freddo della Fattoria del Pesce e pesto di menta e basilico; Brownies al cioccolato fondente e frutti rossi del Parco del Ticino

CESTINO DA VINCI: Chips di polenta soffiate; Misticanza di stagione con pomodorini ciliegino, grana padano DOP e uova fresche del Parco del Ticino; Fusillone Monograno Felicetti, pesto di rucola, pomodorini confit e olive taggiasche; Brownies al cioccolato fondente e frutti rossi del Parco del Ticino

CESTINO DEL CAVALIERE (piatto unico): Mini milanesi di pollo, patate fondenti e maionese al pomodoro

DOLCE DEDICATO ALLA MAMMA: Tortino di frolla, confettura di albicocche, crema pasticcera e mandorle

Gli chic pic-nic arricchiranno l’intera stagione estiva accanto all’attività del ristorante che proporrà, nel suo dehors, sotto l’elegante tenda nel parco, il venerdì, sabato e domenica, pranzi, cene e aperitivi gourmet.

With the arrival of beautiful and sunny days and we have the desire to stay outdoors near the nature. So on occasion of the  mother’s day, the 9th of May, we can book an exclusive chic picnic at Villa Terzaghi. This beautiful location is located in the heart of the Ticino park and here there is the Maestro Martino Association, chaired by the chef Carlo Cracco. Important national and international Chefs and their promising young students will interpret the flavors of the local territory by preparing tasty gourmet takeaway baskets, they could be savored in the beautiful gardens of the Villa or visiting the landscape. We can choose three different proposals, whose names draw inspiration from the characters lived at the time of Maestro Martino, accompanying them with the wines of the Prosecco DOC Sparkling wine partner of the Villa:
CESTINO DEGLI SFORZA: Puffed polenta chips; Vialone rise Arancini with saffron and braised veal ragout; Bulgur poke, seasonal vegetable caponatina, cold smoked trout with mint and basil pesto; Dark chocolate brownies and red fruits of the Ticino. CESTINO DA VINCI: Puffed polenta chips; Seasonal mystique with cherry tomatoes, Grana Padano PDO and fresh eggs; Fusillone Monograno Felicetti, rocket salad pesto, confit cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives; Dark chocolate brownies and red fruits; CESTINO DEL CAVALIERE (unique dish): Mini Milanese chicken, dark potatoes and tomato mayonnaise. MOTHER DESSERT: Shortcrust cake, apricot jam, custard and almonds. Chic pic-nic will enrich the summer season with the activity of the restaurant that will propose, in its dehors, under the elegant tent in the park, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays gourmet lunches, dinners and aperitifs.
