Visitare l’azienda Vitivinicola Travaglini è un’esperienza appassionante che ci fa apprezzare ancora di più la straordinarietà dei loro vini. 59 ettari nel cuore delle colline di Gattinara, nei quali si producono vini dalla qualità eccelsa. Imperdibile il giro delle vigne, durante il quale si ha la possibilità di ammirare i colori delle uve, sentire gli odori del territorio e ammirare lo straordinario lavoro della vendemmia, accompagnati dal racconto sapiente della proprietaria. La passione e l’amore per il vino fa sì che le vigne vengano seguite e controllate in ogni fase della loro crescita e che il processo di vinificazione sia così meticoloso. Ne viene prodotto un vino nobile, il Nebbiolo, tra i più eccellenti. Per un vino così pregiato si è voluta creare una bottiglia speciale, una vera e propria opera d’arte. L’elegante forma scelta permette di servire il vino direttamente nei bicchieri delle più prestigiose tavole del mondo, senza bisogno della”decantazione” o “scaraffatura”. Il colore scuro non permette il passaggio dei raggi luminosi, così da mantenerne intatte le virtù. Abbiamo poi avuto la fortuna di assaggiarne i diversi tipi, allietando il palato con il loro gusto eccelso: il Gattinara DOCG Riserva; il Sogno; il Coste della Sesia DOC; il Gattinara DOCG Tre Vigne. Un’esperienza che si può vivere soggiornando nel bellissimo Hotel regina Palace di Stresa.

Visit the winery Travaglini is a fascinating experience that makes us appreciate even more the extraordinary nature of their wines. 59 acres in the heart of the Gattinara hills in which the family produces excellent wines. The tour of the vineyards in an unmissable experience, we have the chance to admire the colors of grapes, smell the perfume of the area and admire the extraordinary work of harvest, accompanied by the owner’s story. The passion and love for wine means that the vineyards are followed and monitored at every stage of their growth and that the wine-making process is so meticulous. It produces a vino nobile, the Nebbiolo, amongst the most excellent. For a wine so prized has been created a special bottle, a true work of art. The elegant shape has been chosen to allows to serve the wine directly into the glasses of the finest tables of the world, without the need to “decant”. The dark color doesn’t allow the passage of light rays, o maintain intact the virtues of the wine. We then had the good fortune to taste the different types, delighting the palate with their excellent taste: Gattinara DOCG Riserva; the Sogno; the Coste della Sesia DOC; Gattinara DOCG Tre Vigne. An experience that we can live if we stay in the beautiful Hotel Regina Palace in Stresa.
