Al termine di una giornata è bello lasciarsi cullare dalla luce soffusa del tramonto in una location suggestiva come la terrazza del Ceresio7. Qui la terrazza panoramica che sorge all’ultimo piano del quartier generale di Dsquared2 ospita due piscine e una splendida vista di Milano. Si può sorseggiare un calice di Berlucchi e poi decidere di cenare al ristorante. La proposta culinaria della chef Elio Sironi è semplicemente esigente. Nel menù troviamo la riscoperta di grandi classici della cucina italiana, talvolta rielaborati per valorizzarli in chiave contemporanea. Ho scelto la TARTARE DI MANZO con lamponi, senape e raspadura; il risotto con i porcini. Poi due dolci, uno con le fragole, uno con il caramello.

At the end of a day it is nice to let ourself be lulled by the soft light of the sunset in a suggestive location like the terrace of the Ceresio7. Here the panoramic terrace that stands on the top floor of the Dsquared2 headquarters houses two swimming pools and a splendid view of Milan. We can sip a glass of Berlucchi and then decide to dine at the restaurant. The culinary proposal of chef Elio Sironi is simply demanding. In the menu we find the rediscovery of great classics of Italian cuisine, sometimes reworked to enhance them in a contemporary key. I chose the BEEF TARTARE with raspberries, mustard and raspadura; Risotto with porcini mushrooms. Then two desserts, one with strawberries, one with caramel.
