Si è guardato al passato, ad automobili che hanno segnato la storia del marchio britannico, per disegnare il futuro, come spiega Miles Nurnberger, Direttore del Design di Aston Martin Lagonda. Poi si è compiuto un passo in più, si è attinto dal jet da combattimento F/A-18, grazie alla collaborazione con Boeing, per renderla ancora più estrema ed emozionante.
Il colore è lo Skyfall Silver, con dettagli a contrasto in nero satin, tema scuro che prosegue all’interno dell’abitacolo. Si è scelto di mixare materiali moderni, tecnologia all’avanguardia e maestria artigianale per creare l’insieme perfetto.

Questa supercar è in grado di accelerare fino a 100 km/h in 3,5 secondi con una velocità massima limitata di 300 km/h. Prestazioni scintillanti per una guida emozionante, resa ancora più stimolante da un suono molto particolare, grazie a un sistema di scarico in acciaio inossidabile, creato su misura. La carrozzeria aperta aggiunge una nuova dimensione esperienziale.

Ne verranno realizzati unicamente 88 esemplari che saranno disponibili solo su ordinazione, costruiti a mano e customizzabili. Il prezzo di partenza sarà di £ 765,000, IVA inclusa.

This inspiration comes from the rich history of Aston Martin in motor racing and from the allure of aeronautical design. The V12 Speedster is an incredible demonstration of the “Q by Aston Martin” team’s skills and determination, a team able to create a unique and exciting car, a real show on four wheels. They looked to the past, to the cars which have marked the history of the British brand, to design the future, as Miles Nurnberger, Director of Design at Aston Martin Lagonda, explains. Then they took a step further, drew on the F/A-18 fighter jet, thanks to the collaboration with Boeing, to make this car even more extreme and exciting. The color is the Skyfall Silver and there are contrasting details in black satin, the dark theme continues inside. The team decides to mix modern materials, cutting-edge technology and craftsmanship to create a perfect set. This supercar is able to accelerate to 62mph (100km/h) in 3.5 seconds on the way to a limited top speed of 186mph (300km/h)1. It gifts us sparkling performance for an exciting driving, this is made even more stimulating by a very particular sound, thanks to a custom-made stainless steel exhaust system. The open bodywork adds a new experiential dimension. Only 88 examples will be made which will be available only to order and will be hand-built and custom. The starting price will be £ 765,000 euros, including VAT.
