Se siete rimasti incantati dagli interni, vi innamorerete dei giardini terrazzati affacciati sul lago, uno dei tesori di Passalacqua. Girando scoprirete le fontane storiche, gli alberi secolari e i passaggi segreti, la piscina dalle forme morbide costruita in pietra locale che richiama i colori del lago, l’antico giardino d’inverno i cui interni sono stati arredati da JJ Martin che, per l’occasione, ha disegnato un pattern con i pesci, stemma del Passalacqua. Una delle terrazze ospita un bellissimo roseto, qui decine di diverse qualità di rose David Austin e rose rampicanti inebriano con il loro profumo e i loro colori. Sotto le magnolie centenarie è possibile praticare lo yoga; nel vicino pollaio si possono raccogliere le uova fresche e nell’orto e nel frutteto le primizie di stagione. Gli sportivi potranno usare la palestra immersa nell’oliveto che ogni anno dona le sue preziose olive per farne olio o il campo da tennis in terra rossa con vista panoramica. Per una suggestiva gita sul lago gli ospiti potranno salpare a bordo di due barche uniche, il Giumello, pezzo d’epoca interamente in mogano, e Didi, elegante motoscafo cabinato rinnovato con tessuti firmati Loro Piana.

If you have been enchanted by the interiors, you will fall in love with the terraced gardens overlooking the lake, one of the treasures of Passalacqua. Turning you will discover the historic fountains, the centuries-old trees and the secret passages, the soft-shaped swimming pool built in local stone that recalls the colors of the lake, the ancient winter garden whose interiors have been designed by JJ Martin who, for the occasion, has designed a pattern with fish, Passalacqua’s coat of arms. One of the terraces houses a beautiful rose garden, here dozens of different qualities of David Austin roses and climbing roses inebriate the air with their scent and colors. Under the centenary magnolias it is possible to practice yoga; in the nearby chicken coop you can collect fresh eggs and in the garden and orchard the first fruits of the season. Sportive people can use the gym surrounded by the olive grove that every year donates its precious olives to make oil or the tennis court with panoramic views. For a suggestive trip on the lake, guests can use two unique boats, the Giumello, a vintage piece entirely in mahogany, and Didi, an elegant cabin motorboat renovated with fabrics signed Loro Piana.
