Rubinacci brinda alla Vendemmia

Il vino, proprio come un abito, è un prodotto sartoriale. Necessita, passione, cura, abilità e attenzione affinché ne risulti qualcosa di esclusivo. Così Rubinacci ha scelto i vini della  famiglia Cecchi che da generazioni si tramandano l’arte di fare il vino, ad iniziare fu nel 1893, Luigi Cecchi. La famiglia negli anni Settantasi trasferisce nel comune di Castellina in Chianti dando vita ad un percorso produttivo che ancora oggi mantiene intatte le sue peculiarità. Abbiamo assaggiato il Montefalco Bianco della Tenuta Alzatura, un vino dal colore giallo deciso e dalla nota tostata di nocciola che ha un vestito bianco, ma l’anima è rossa. Abbiamo conosciuto anche il Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut della Famiglia Zago Gasparini, la cui cantina si trova piedi del Montello. Un vino dal colore Giallo paglierino con tenui riflessi verdolini, un perlage fine, cremoso e brioso e un profumo molto complesso. Un brindisi con tutti voi.

Rubinacci chose the wines of the Cecchi Family, they have handed down the art of making wine for generations, starting in 1893, the first was Luigi Cecchi. In the seventies, the family moved to Castellina in Chianti, giving life to a production process that still maintains its peculiarities intact. We tasted the Montefalco Bianco of the Tenuta Alzatura, a wine with a strong yellow color and a toasted note of hazelnut, a wine with has a white dress, but a red the soul. We also met the Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut of the Zago Gasparini Family, this winery is located at under the Montello hill. This is a wine with a straw yellow color with pale greenish reflections, a fine, creamy and lively perlage and a very complex aroma. A toast with all of you.
