Ricuccio 1180

Chi si trova vicino a San Casciano in Val di Pesa può assaporare un delizioso pranzo tra i vigneti. Sulla terrazza affacciata sui vigneti della cantina Antinori si trova infatti il ristorante Ricuccio 1180, il cui nome è una dedica al capostipite della famiglia, Rinuccio degli Antinori. La tranquillità e il silenzio, il profumo dell’uva, la rigogliosità delle colline allietano il pasto come una poesia. Ho iniziato con dei fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta e acciughe e delle bruschette con pomodoro, patè d’olive, fegatini di pollo, lardo al rosmarino e burro alle acciughe; ho proseguito con i pici con pancetta, fiori di zucca e pecorino, non poteva mancare un fresco calice di Cervaro della Sala.
