Ospiti amatissimi dal pubblico: Paolo Genovese, Edoardo Leo, Antonio Albanese (vincitori del Comedy Award)Sandra Milo e Andrea Ferreol (Career Award); Salvatore Esposito e Michael Madsen (Monte-Carlo Film Festival Award); Carlo Verdone (King of Comedy); Remo Girone (presidente giuria popolare), Francesco Pannofino, Flavio Briatore, Antonio Albanese, Gerry Scotti, Vittorio Brumotti, Elenoire Casalegno, Edoardo Stoppa, Giorgio Restelli.

The spotlight turn on in Montecarlo for the Montecarlo Gala Film Festival De la Comédie 2019. At the end of a week full of screenings, events, interviews and emotions, the jury decreed the winners. In the sparkling Grimaldi Forum, numerous personalities walked the Red Carpet. Many famous names have alternated on stage, giving life to a beautiful show full of irony, thanks to the funny gags born from the feeling between the presenter Ezio Greggio and his guests. Among the guests loved by the public: Paolo Genovese, Edoardo Leo, Antonio Albanese (winners of the Comedy Award); Sandra Milo and Andrea Ferreol (Career Award); Salvatore Esposito and Michael Madsen (Monte-Carlo Film Festival Award); Carlo Verdone (King of Comedy); Remo Girone (president of the jury), Francesco Pannofino, Flavio Briatore, Antonio Albanese, Gerry Scotti, Vittorio Brumotti, Elenoire Casalegno, Edoardo Stoppa, Giorgio Restelli. The MCFF is a very interesting event because it celebrates the comedy. A very important cinematographic work because is very difficult to make people laugh, either because the comedy can tell stories that are very deep and touching with lightness and irony. The award for best film went to ‘Bad Poems’ by Gabor Reisz; The award for best director was awarded by Nicole Palo for ‘Emma Peeters’; the Argentine Ricardo Darin won the best actor award for the film ‘An Unexpected Love’; while the best actress was Rose Byrne with the film ‘Juliet, Naked’. To support Ezio Greggio on the stage was a smiling and sunny Juliana Moreira who asked Salvatore Esposito for Neapolitan lessons. Arisa has delighted us with the song of the Sanremo Festival.
Thanks to the designer Sofia Provera for the dress I wore (which received the special compliment of the actor Michael Madsen) and to the hairstylist Maria D’Alessandro.
