L’amore per le tradizioni

Ieri Milano si è svegliata sotto un candido manto. Così sono uscita a godermi questa bella atmosfera accompagnata dal dolce tradizionale di queste feste. Cosa c’è di più natalizio e milanese del panettone e della candida neve?

E di tradizione ne sa qualcosa “BreraMilano 1930 ®” che affonda le sue radici nel passato della città meneghina e la cui storia è raccontata da alcune suggestive fotografie color seppia risalenti al 1905 che ci rimandano gli anni d’oro della Belle Epoque. Il suo “panettone di lusso” è arrivato fino ai giorni nostri, arricchito da una splendente corona regale che svetta preziosa nel marchio. Tra le specialità più belle ci sono quelle appartenenti alla serie “Ricordi”, legata ad alcuni dei momenti più belli della storia italiana. Uno di questi, “Aida”, è dedicato a al Maestro Giuseppe Verdi che, scrivendo una lettera al suo editore Tito Ricordi, accennò alla bontà di un panettone che gli era stato regalato.
