La ricerca della bellezza

La ricerca della bellezza non è legata a qualcosa di superficiale, ma nella bellezza si trovano quella grazia e quella poesia che aprono il cuore e ci donano una sensazione di benessere gioioso e di preziosa armonia. Ci sono momenti in cui ho proprio bisogno di immergermi in essa per ritrovare la serenità e la positività che talvolta si affievoliscono. La bellezza si può trovare in un paesaggio, in un tramonto, in un’opera d’arte, in un luogo.

Questa volta mi trovo all’interno dell’Hotel metropole di Montecarlo, costruito nel 1886 su un terreno appartenuto a Papa Leone XIII. Una dimora discretamente lussuosa  che richiama le atmosfere della Belle Epoque. Nel 2004 ne viene ritoccata l’immagine coniugando il fascino del glorioso passato con la freschezza mediterranea e contemporanea. Un luogo che sa essere allo stesso tempo mondano ed intimo, elegante e familiare.

The search for beauty is not linked to something superficial, but in beauty we find that grace and poetry that open the heart and give us a feeling of joyful well-being and precious harmony. There are times when I really need to immerse myself in the beauty to find the serenity and positivity that sometimes fade. Beauty can be found in a landscape, in a sunset, in a work of art, in a place. This time I am inside the Hotel Metropole in Montecarlo, built in 1886 on land that belonged to Pope Leo XIII. A discreetly luxurious residence that recalls the atmosphere of the Belle Epoque. In 2004 it was retouched by combining the charm of the glorious past with the Mediterranean and contemporary freshness. A place that knows how to be at the same time worldly and intimate, elegant and familiar.
