Sulla suggestiva Terrazza Bar Ecrù di Castelfalfi potremmo bere le preziose bollicine dello Champagne Grand Cuvée Réserve Stefano Ricci accompagnate da arancine gourmet create dall’Executive Chef Davide De Simone appositamente per sposarsi perfettamente con il perlage aromatico ed elegante; il tutto allietato dalle sonorità della musica dal vivo.

In questo meraviglioso castello medioevale la maestria di Stefano Ricci ha progettato e arredato una suite molto speciale, La Rocca, nella quale ogni dettaglio è stato studiato dal suo estro fiorentino. This year, there is no more enchanting place to enjoy this timeless spectacle than from an exclusive vantage point in the heart of the Tuscan hills. On the evocative Ecrù Bar Terrace at Castelfalfi, guests can raise a glass of the exquisite Stefano Ricci Grand Cuvée Réserve Champagne, paired with gourmet arancini specially created by Executive Chef Davide De Simone to perfectly complement the Champagne’s refined and aromatic perlage. The evening is further elevated by the elegant atmosphere of live music. Within the walls of this magnificent medieval castle, Stefano Ricci’s unmistakable Florentine vision has given life to one of the estate’s most exceptional suites: La Rocca. Every detail has been meticulously conceived and designed to reflect his signature style, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
