La IV edizione del Mascagni Festival

Il Mascagni Festival è giunto alla sua IV edizione ed è divenuto un appuntamento molto amato nelle sere d’estate. Musica, teatro e danza si alternano per regalare al pubblico grandi emozioni in uno scenario bellissimo. Giuliana De Sio ha interpretato Maria Callas portando sul palco alcune delle arie operistiche più importanti del repertorio della Divina. Alessandro Haber, nel ruolo di Mascagni, e Gianmarco Tognazzi, Gabriele D’Annunzio, li hanno raccontati per celebrare i loro 160 anni. Daniele Silvestri è tornato con un nuovo progetto; la Banda Musicale della Aeronautica Militare ha reso omaggio alla città di Livorno e a Pietro Mascagni. Il Festival si è concluso il 27 agosto con “Dancing Mascagni” che ha visto la partecipazione straordinaria della ballerina Rossella Brescia che si è esibita sulle musiche dell’Ensemble strumentale Virtuosi Kiev.

The Mascagni Festival has reached its fourth edition and has become a very popular event on summer evenings. Music, theater and dance alternate to give the public great emotions in a beautiful setting. Giuliana De Sio interpreted Maria Callas bringing on stage some of the most important operatic arias of the Divina’s repertoire. Alessandro Haber, in the role of Mascagni, and Gianmarco Tognazzi, Gabriele D’Annunzio, told these important people to celebrate their 160th anniversary. Daniele Silvestri is back with a new project; the Air Force Band paid tribute to the city of Livorno and Pietro Mascagni. The Festival ended on the 27th of August with “Dancing Mascagni” which saw the extraordinary participation of the dancer Rossella Brescia who performed on the music of the Virtuosi instrumental Ensemble Kiev. The Mascagni Festival gives us an appointment in 2024.
