Desiderando un presente e soprattutto un futuro più sostenibile, fiorito, vivo e speranzoso, nel quale poter coltivare i nostri sogni e poter vivere le nostre emozioni, Villa Crespi s’impegna a essere più eco sostenibile. Iniziando dalla scelta degli ingredienti da usare per preparare i piatti da servire agli ospiti. Verranno privilegiati i prodotti locali e biologici, scelti giornalmente e possibilmente a kilometro zero e le erbe ed essenze aromatiche verranno coltivate direttamente dai loro giardinieri nel parco secolare. Qui sono state poste anche 5 arnie e lo staff della Villa si prende cura quotidianamente delle api che in esse vivono così che gli ospiti possano degustare il loro delizioso miele. Un’attenzione particolare sarà dedicata alla riduzione e alla gestione ottimizzata dei rifiuti, cercando di diventare una struttura Plastic Free entro la fine del 2021.

Per rendere gli ambienti sicuri verranno utilizzati il vapore e l’ozono per la sanificazione delle camere; si provvederà al filtraggio dell’aria aspirata; i materassi e i cuscini saranno rivestiti con morbide fodere certificate anti – acaro. E’ stato studiato un programma di efficienza energetica per gestire e ridurre i consumi. Fin dal 2006 tutta l’acqua potabile utilizzata a Villa Crespi è vitalizzata. Nel parcheggio c’è un’area riservata alla ricarica di autovetture elettriche.

Starting with the choice of ingredients to prepare the food to serve in its restaurant. Priority will be given to local and organic products, they will choose daily and possibly at zero kilometers and herbs and aromatic essences will be cultivated directly by their gardeners in the centuries-old park. Here there are 5 hives and the villa staff takes care of the bees that live in them daily so the guests can taste their delicious honey. Particular attention will be paid to the reduction and optimized management of waste, trying to become a Plastic Free structure by the end of 2021. To make the environments safe, steam and ozone will be used for the sanitization of the rooms; the aspirated air will be filtered; the mattresses and pillows will be covered with soft anti-mite certified linings. An energy efficiency program has been studied to manage and reduce consumption. Since 2006 all the drinking water used at Villa Crespi has been vitalized. In the parking there is an area reserved for charging electric cars.
