Giardino Giusti

The beautiful “Giardino Giusti” have finally opened its gates to welcome us again in a place where the lush nature gives us unforgettable views. This Garden was the favourite destination for famous people, who came here from all over Europe to enjoy its beauty. It was part of the “Grand Tour”, that journey that the rich European aristocrats began for their cultural enrichment from the 17th century. Here the spring has exploded in all its vigour, the sweet scent of flowers inebriates the air, the plants show off their brightest greens, time is marked by the flow of water of the fountains and we are lulled by birdsong. Walking through its paths we can retrace the shadows of great personalities like Ghoete and Mozart, discover secret corners, admire the sixteenth-century statues, letting us be lulled by a sense of freedom, security and a sweet wellness for body and mind. In this garden nature, art and history have found a perfect combination since 1300 when the Giusti family moved to Verona. Augustine Giusti, a cultured, passionate about music and painting man, friend of the Medici and Habsburgs family, wanted this representative villa enriched by a majestic park.
