Eccellenze italiane tutte da scoprire

In Italia esistono tante bellissime realtà che sono un patrimonio da valorizzare perché rendono unico il nostro paese. Imprese che fanno dell’eccellenza la loro missione e che grazie alla passione per il loro lavoro continuano ad innovarsi, a crescere e a stupirci. In Franciacorta, terra famosa per il vino, nel 1959 è nata un’azienda, Gallinea, che nel corso degli anni si è affermata nel settore navale conquistando la stima dei più prestigiosi cantieri navali. Ad oggi questa realtà che guarda sempre verso il futuro desidera ampliare i suoi orizzonti espandendo il proprio know how verso altri settori.

L’incontro con questa azienda è stato molto interessante e ha coinvolto anche FenImprese, associazione di giovani Imprenditori decisi a risolvere i problemi dell’Impresa e fornire Servizi sempre ad alto livello ed innovativi.

Dopo un primo incontro per conoscerci e scambiare idee siamo stati ospiti da Solive, un raffinato agriturismo a conduzione familiare. Fin dal 1898 la famiglia Bariselli rinnova ogni anno la passione per la sua Terra, il rispetto della Tradizione, la vocazione all’Accoglienza facendo scoprire i colori, i sapori, la convivialità e il grande charme della Franciacorta. Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare un risotto al Franciacorta Brut DOCG Solive, un arrosto con polenta e patate al forno, una torta Pan di Spagna con crema chantilly e granella di meringa guarnita con fragole fresche. Ad accompagnare i piatti il Curtefranca DOC rosso e bianco.

Today this company, which always looks to the future, wants to broaden its horizons by expanding its know-how to other sectors. The meeting with this company was very interesting and also involved FenImprese, an association of young entrepreneurs determined to solve the problems of the company and provide services that are always at a high level and innovative. After a first meeting to know each other and exchange ideas, we were guests at Solive, a refined family-run farmhouse. Since 1898 the Bariselli family has been renewing every year the passion for its land, the respect for tradition, the vocation for hospitality, making us discover the colors, flavors, conviviality and great charm of Franciacorta. I had the pleasure of eating a risotto with Franciacorta Brut DOCG Solive, a roast with polenta and baked potatoes, a sponge cake with Chantilly cream and meringue grains garnished with fresh strawberries. To accompany the coures, red and white Curtefranca DOC wines.
