All of us want to enjoy something good and delicious. And, for once, it also is good for health, what else? Choose with me which of these delicious juices and infused waters you prefer. They are colorful, fruity, easy to prepare and we can drink them at any time of a day, whether it shines in the sun or if the sky is cloudy like today. Fruits and herbs are expertly mixed to obtain beneficial nectar. These recipes, all to try, are served all year at the beautiful Limun bar in the Hotel Hermitage in Montecarlo. The first one is orange, it is a purifying juice, rich in vitamins and antioxidants, ideal for the beautiful and the healthy of our skin. Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 grapefruit. First we wash and peel the carrots, then chop them into small pieces. Now we peel the orange, lemon and grapefruit, removing the white parts between the peel and the fruit. We place the pieces in a juicer and press lightly to extract the juice and filter it with a muslin or fine meshed sieve. Now we just have to drink it.
The second is a green detox juice, it is jam-packed with healthy benefits for your immune system. We need some simple ingredients: 2 cm of ginger, 1 lemon and 5 clementines. Peel the lemon and clementines, removing the white portions, and segment them. Peel the ginger, squeeze all, filter the juice and enjoy it for breakfast or when we prefer.
The third one is a drink that will delight young and old.  It is an appetizing water with strawberries and basil, rich in antioxidants, vitamin K and antibacterial properties. Ingredients: a few fresh basil leaves, a few strawberries, water (preferably purified and non-carbonated mineral water). Let the basil and strawberries infuse in the water for at least an hour before drinking and then enjoy the tasting. My favorite “cocktail” is the one made with strawberries and yours
