Cracco in Galleria bistrot

In un’atmosfera informalmente elegante si può avere un approccio ad una cucina che coniuga tradizione e innovazione. Da Cracco in Galleria si può scegliere il menù del bistrot o i piatti più ricercati del ristorante al primo piano, a seconda delle occasioni. Per pranzo mi sono accomodata della veranda a pian terreno assaggiando degli spaghetti integrali al burro affumicato, ragù bianco di vitello e tartufo uncinato e, a seguire, un pescato del giorno arrosto, carciofi e liquirizia.

In an informally elegant atmosphere we can have an approach to a cuisine that combines tradition and innovation. At Cracco in Galleria restaurant we can choose the bistro menu or the most refined restaurant on the first floor, depending on the occasion. For lunch I sat on the veranda on the ground floor tasting wholemeal spaghetti with smoked butter, white veal ragù and winter truffle and, to follow, a roast catch of the day, artichokes and licorice.
