Concorso D’Eleganza in miniatura Lopresto

La passione per le automobili pervade da sempre la vita dell’architetto Corrado Lopresto, tanto da essere diventato il maggior collezionista italiano di auto d’epoca. Dopo aver partecipato ai più prestigiosi concorsi d’eleganza in tutto il mondo ha avuto un’idea, creare il primo “Concorso di eleganza in miniatura”.
Grazie alla preziosa collaborazione di alcuni importanti partner come Zetakit, Cosmic Group, Infinite Statue, ModelMarris.com Movie, Rally & Lego e Kaustic Plastic e alla scelta della splendida location milanese di Vitale Barberis Canonico, in via Solferino, l’evento è stato un successo. Il gusto estetico di Corrado Lopresto e la bravura degli artisti in gara hanno dato vita a opere che hanno stupito e divertito. Tra i premi assegnati: il Best of show e primo in categoria Statue è andato a “Steve McQueen”di Fabrizio Ferrari; la Categoria Action 1:6 è stata vinta da Gaetano Damiano con “Peter Sellers”; la categoria Movie Car 1:18 è stata vinta dalla Dune Buggy di Luigi Gallo. Tra le più amate dal pubblico “Bud Spencer” dal film Lo chiamavano Trinità di Francesco Gallo e la ricostruzione della mitica scena tratta dal film Bianco Rosso e Verdone con la 131 panorama accostata sulla A1 con Furio alla colonnina SOS che chiama l’ACI.
Ad accoglierci all’ingresso la splendida Alfa Romeo 1900 “la Fléche” Vignale, un esemplare unico diventato celebre al grande pubblico per essere comparso nei film “Sapore di mare 2” e “Giovanni Senzapensieri”.

The passion for cars has always pervaded the life of the architect Corrado Lopresto, so he has become the greatest Italian collector of vintage cars. After participating in the most prestigious concours d’elegance around the world he had an idea, to create the first “Miniature Concours d’Elegance”. Thanks to the precious collaboration of some important partners such as Zetakit, Cosmic Group, Infinite Statue, ModelMarris.com Movie, Rally & Lego and Kaustic Plastic and the choice of the splendid Vitale Barberis Canonico showroom, in via Solferino in Milan, the event was a success. The aesthetic taste of Corrado Lopresto and the skill of the artists have given life to artworks which have amazed and amused. Among the prizes awarded: the Best of show and first in the Statue category went to “Steve McQueen” created by Fabrizio Ferrari; the Action 1:6 Category was won by Gaetano Damiano with “Peter Sellers”; the 1:18 Movie Car category was won by Luigi Gallo’s Dune Buggy. Among the most loved by the public “Bud Spencer” in the film “They call me Trinity” by Francesco Gallo and the reconstruction of the mythical scene of the film “Bianco Rosso e Verdone” with the 131 panorama on the A1 and Furio at the SOS column that calls the ACI. To welcome us at the splendid Alfa Romeo 1900 “la Fléche” Vignale, a unique car that has become famous to the public because appeared in the films “Sapore di mare 2” and “Giovanni Senzapensieri”.
