Castagne

Con l’inizio dell’autunno spuntano quei carinissimi frutti marroni chiamati castagne, questi squisiti prodotti dei boschi si trovano in tutto il Bel Paese, anche se le regioni che ne sono più ricche sono il Piemonte, la Toscana e la Campania. Sono gustose sia da sole che usate come ingredienti di svariate ricette. Tra le altre cose hanno dei super poteri, ricaricano le energie, combattono lo stress, aiutano il sistema nervoso e quello circolatorio, potenziano la memoria e possono essere mangiate anche dai celiaci.

Perché invece che comprarle nel negozio sotto casa non ci concediamo una bella passeggiata all’aria aperta e ci mettiamo in cerca di questo frutto prezioso in un bosco colorato di foglie multicolori? Poi ritorneremo, al ritorno nelle nostre case, ci divertiremo a prepararle come più ci aggraderà, sbizzarrendoci in ricette o lasciandoci cullare dal crepitio del fuoco.
