Camera con vista

Lo scrittore inglese E. M. Forster scrisse nel 1908 un romanzo molto delicato e toccante, “Camera con Vista”, è proprio dal desiderio di soggiornare in una camera con una bella vista che nasce l’intreccio delle storie dei protagonisti. Perché diciamocelo, chi di noi quando entra nella stanza di un hotel per la prima volta non ha l’istinto di andare ad aprire le tende per sbirciare cosa si vede dalla finestra? E siamo invasi da una sensazione gioiosa quando ci accorgiamo che il panorama è appagante?

Ebbene nel cuore della vecchia Milano è nato un piccolo Boutique Hotel, solamente 21 camere tutte rigorosamente con vista. Il design è elegantemente minimale, arricchito da grandi vetrate per inondarci di luce e per godere dei curatissimi giardini anche da dentro la stanza. Per gli interni sono stati scelti legni caldi, ottoni e morbidi tessuti dai colori tenui per appagare vista e tatto e per creare una soluzione di continuità con la flora esterna.

Lo studio Caberlon Caroppi ITA ha scelto per l’interior design di “Martini 17” una carta da parati nel quale la natura diventa decorazione e la stampa in 3D dona consistenza e volume alla superficie. L’atmosfera è rilassante, calda e avvolgente.

Nella migliore delle tradizioni meneghina, l’hotel apre le porte al pubblico con un cocktail bar dalle atmosfere accogliente e un giardino d’inverno inaspettato.

The English writer E.M. Forster, in 1908, wrote a very delicate and touching novel, “A Room with a View”, and the desire to stay in a room with a beautiful view is start for the interweaving of the stories of the protagonists. In fact, when we enter a hotel room for the first time we want open the curtains to see which is the view. And are we we are so happy when we realize that the landscape is fulfilling. Well in the heart of the old Milan there will be a small Boutique Hotel, only 21 rooms, all of them with a view. The design is elegantly minimal, enriched with large windows to enjoy the light and the nice gardens even if we are inside. For the interior the designer chose warm woods, brass and soft fabrics with soft colors to satisfy sight and touch and to create a continuity solution with the external garden. Caberlon Caroppi ITA has chosen for the interior design of “Martini 17” a wallpaper in which nature becomes decoration and the 3D print gives texture and volume to the surface. The atmosphere is relaxing, warm and enveloping. In the best of Meneghina traditions, the hotel opens its doors to the public with a cocktail bar with a welcoming atmosphere and an unexpected winter garden.
