Byblos Saint Tropez

Da molto tempo avevo il desiderio di ritornare a Saint Tropez, ma non ne ho avuto l’occasione, ora, insieme a due amiche speciali, ci sono andata e l’ho adorata!!!!! Per la prima sera abbiamo scelto di cenare presso l’Hotel Byblos, un luogo elegantemente rilassante e discretamente esclusivo, amato da personalità influenti provenienti da tutto il mondo, tra cui Mick Jagger, Clint Eastwood e Romy Schneider, Jack Nicholson e Cher, e diventato leggendario. pensate che nel lontano 1960 a Beirut un uomo, Jean-Prosper Gay-Para, innamorato di Brigitte Bardot espresse il desiderio di costruirle “un palazzo degno delle Mille e Una Notte, unico del suo genere, unico in tutto il Mediterraneo”. Così diede il via alla sua costruzione in quel di Saint Tropez e lo inaugurò nel 1967 alla presenza della bellissima Brigitte Bardot. Il suo fondatore dovette tornate nella sua città natale e lo vendette a Sylvain Floirat, la cui famiglia lo possiede ancora.

Presso il ristorante Arcadia si possono scegliete piatti raffinati dal sapore mediterraneo. Il piatto d’autore, “les petits farcis” è cucinato con verdure dell’orto dell’ Hotel Byblos.
