The beauty of a holiday lies in the many details that come together to form a harmonious and fulfilling whole. The pleasure that delights the palate after savouring an excellent dish is undoubtedly a key ingredient. Sun Siyam Iru Fushi offers a varied and carefully curated culinary selection that allows us to embark on a culinary journey around the world with every meal, without ever leaving the island. With a choice of 15 restaurants and bars, you can enjoy everything from contemporary French and Italian cuisine to Asian, Middle Eastern and Japanese dishes, and of course there are vegan and gluten-free options too. The delight lies in discovering, in every dish, the authentic flavours of their countries of origin – sometimes reimagined with a contemporary twist – whilst retaining their true identity. The staff are attentive to the needs of every single guest, striving to welcome them into an environment where service is impeccable, yet which remains warm and welcoming.
If you fancy dining on the beach, standing on the sand at the Islander’s Grill, you can enjoy excellent freshly caught grilled fish; The Trio offers Italian specialities, whilst Bamboo is ideal for those who love Asian flavours. Those who love spicy flavours will be won over by Taste of India; the fillet cooked at Flavours is surprisingly delicious – exquisite French cuisine – and whilst you savour it, you can admire the fish and sharks, drawn by the light beneath the jetty where you’re dining; whilst for lovers of sushi and sashimi, Teppanyaki is highly recommended.
Don’t miss out on an aperitif whilst admiring the magnificent sunset over the sea, sitting comfortably at one of the tables on the beach at Reflections, where the infinity pool reflects the myriad fiery hues of the sky.
