Il Principato, come ogni anno, ha incorniciato il Monaco Yacht Show che ha ospitato le parche più straordinarie, per bellezza e dimensioni, che i cantieri navali di tutto il mondo abbiano costruito. Durante la kermesse nautica il lusso incontra l’innovazione e ancora una volta anche il Made in Italy si conferma tra i maggiori leader del comparto. Presenti oltre 120 superyahct, icone di stile, tecnologia e artigianalità senza pari, i tender, le innovazioni sostenibili, le aree espositive tematiche. Ben 50 sono state le anteprime presentate. Il focus era mettere al primo posto l’esperienza dei visitatori i quali potessero godere del massimo confort durante la loro visita lungo le banchine di Port Hercule e nella Dockside Area.
La nautica da diporto mondiale ha un valore stimato di €4,3 miliardi (fonte: SuperYacht Times) e con quasi il 60% della flotta di età inferiore ai due e questo illustra perfettamente il carattere esclusivo ed eccezionale del Monaco Yacht Show, palcoscenico privilegiato e d’elite.
HSH Il Principe Alberto II di Monaco ha fatto visita ufficiale al Monaco Yacht Show e ha ricevuto una donazione di €54.000 per sostenere la Sua Fondazione Principe Alberto II di Monaco. Una menzione particolare al progetto “Ice Memory” che mira a studiare il cambiamento climatico e i suoi effetti preservando le carote di ghiaccio dei ghiacciai attualmente a rischio di degrado o scomparsa. La cerimonia ufficiale è avvenuta a bordo del catamarano Reduce (35,9 m, 2024), costruito da Silver Yachts e vincitore del premio speciale della giuria alla prima edizione dei Monaco Yacht Show Blue Wake Awards, in riconoscimento delle sue innovazioni ecosostenibili.

HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco paid an official visit to the Monaco Yacht Show and received a donation of €54,000 to support His Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. A special mention to the project “Ice Memory” which aims to study climate change and its effects while preserving ice cores from glaciers currently at risk of degradation or disappearance. The official ceremony took place aboard the Reduce catamaran (35.9 m, 2024), built by Silver Yachts and winner of the special jury prize at the first edition of the Monaco Yacht Show Blue Wake Awards, in recognition of its eco-sustainable innovations.
