Il 18° anniversario di Eataly

Festeggiare un anniversario è sempre un momento importante ed emozionante. Eataly ha compiuto 18 anni e per l’occasione ha voluto festeggiare in grande stile. La sera del 17 Gennaio presso la sede di Milano è stata organizzata una cena davvero speciale, preparata da ben 5 chef piemontesi i cui ristoranti sono stati premiati con la Stella Michelin. Il Piemonte è la regione cardine per Eataly perché è qui che tutto è iniziato.

La Cena delle Stelle è stata un’esperienza sensoriale attraverso i sapori tipici della tradizione regionale, rivisitati in chiave artistica e contemporanea. Ripercorriamo insieme i piatti della serata: a dare il benvenuto, a cura di La Granda, il brodo di manzo al fieno di montagna accompagnato da Trento DOC Maximum Blanc De Blanc Ferrari; come antipasto lo chef Fabio Ingallinera di Il Nazionale di Vernante ha preparato Tardo autunno, zucca in agrodolce, castagne e porcini in abbinamento ad Alta Langa DOCG Brut Limited Edition Fontanafredda; a seguire il Tonno di coniglio con giardiniera di verdure di nonna Amelia a cura di Claudio Vicina, lo chef di Casa Vicina a Torino, con Ampelio Langhe Chardonnay DOC Fontanafredda. Per il primo ci ha pensato Ugo Alciati di Guido Ristorante a Serralunga d’Alba, servendo gli agnolotti Plin di Lidia conditi con il sugo d’arrosto in abbinamento a Rocche del Santo Barbera D’Alba Superiore Doc di Brandini. Lo chef Luca Zecchin, di Coltivare a La Morra, ci ha cucinato l’anatra allo zafferano magistralmente accompagnata da Barolo DOCG del Comune di la Morra, Brandini. Per finire in dolcezza Davide Palluda di All’Enoteca a Canale ha servito una freschezza di Agrumi con Moncucco Moscato D’Asti DOCG Fontanafredda.

Alla fine della cena gli chef hanno brindato con gli ospiti, intrattenendosi per soddisfare alcune loro curiosità.

Celebrating an anniversary is always an important and exciting moment. Eataly has turned 18 and for the occasion it wanted to celebrate in style. On the evening of January 17th a very special dinner was organized at the Milan headquarters, prepared by 5 Piedmontese chefs whose restaurants were awarded with the Michelin Star. Piedmont is the pivotal region for Eataly because this is where it all began. The Dinner of the Stars was a sensory experience through the typical flavors of the regional tradition, revisited in an artistic and contemporary key. Let’s retrace the dishes of the evening together: to welcome, by La Granda, the beef broth with mountain hay accompanied by Trento DOC Maximum Blanc De Blanc Ferrari; as an appetizer, chef Fabio Ingallinera of Il Nazionale di Vernante prepared Tardo autunno, sweet and sour pumpkin, chestnuts and porcini mushrooms paired with Alta Langa DOCG Brut Limited Edition Fontanafredda; followed by Grandma Amelia’s Rabbit Tuna with Vegetable Pickled Vegetables by Claudio Vicina, the chef of Casa Vicina in Turin, with Ampelio Langhe Chardonnay DOC Fontanafredda. For the former, Ugo Alciati of Guido Ristorante in Serralunga d’Alba took care of it, serving Lidia’s agnolotti Plin seasoned with roast sauce paired with Brandini’s Rocche del Santo Barbera D’Alba Superiore Doc. Chef Luca Zecchin, of Coltivare a La Morra, cooked us duck with saffron masterfully accompanied by Barolo DOCG from the Municipality of La Morra, Brandini. To end on a sweet note, Davide Palluda of All’Enoteca a Canale served a freshness of Citrus with Moncucco Moscato D’Asti DOCG Fontanafredda. At the end of the dinner, the chefs toasted with the guests, entertaining themselves to satisfy some of their curiosities.
