37th Snow Polo World Cup 20202

La super esclusiva St. Moritz con il suo splendido lago ghiacciato si prepara a ospitare la nuova edizione della Coppa del Mondo di Snow Polo, dal 28-31 gennaio 2022. Quest’anno il ghiaccio è ottimo e si preannunciano gare emozionanti. Il pubblico ha mostrato di attendere questo evento con grande entusiasmo, tanto che la domanda per i biglietti VIP ha superato quella degli anni precedenti. I protagonisti del torneo arriveranno da tutta Europa e non solo in anticipo rispetto alla gara per dare il tempo ai cavalli di acclimatarsi all’alta quota e conoscere la neve; calzeranno speciali ferri di cavallo che hanno tubi di gomma per incanalare la neve e borchie per aggiungere trazione per assicurare una presa perfetta. Ci saranno sei squadre composte da giocatori provenienti da nove paesi. Naturalmente per goderci al meglio e in sicurezza lo spettacolo sono state pensate severe regola COVID “2G”.

The very exclusive St. Moritz with its beautiful frozen lake is preparing to host the new edition of the Snow Polo World Cup, from the 28th to the 31st of January 2022. This year the ice is so great and exciting races are expected. The public are waiting for this event with great enthusiasm, in fact the demand for VIP tickets even exceeds that witnessed in previous years. The main protagonists of the tournament will come from all over Europe and not only in advance of the race giving them time to acclimatise to the high altitude and get acquainted with the snow; they will also be shod with special horseshoes that have have rubber tubing to funnel the snow out of the back of the shoe and studs to add traction. There will be six teams with players from nine countries. Of course, to enjoy the show there will be strict COVID “2G” rule. We can’t wait to be there!
