Penisola 41.9

In the heart of the Strangolato beach on the island of La Maddalena, the Peninsula 41.9 will be built, a new project that wants to go beyond the concept of catering. In this wonderful corner, surrounded by wild and beautiful nature, we want to create a combination of territory, internationality, family and taste. Antonello Ornano and Giulia Di Trana have chosen Gianluca Capozzi as chefs for this adventure, who will be able to mix the most authentic ingredients with those of excellence such as caviar (Royal Food), patanegra (Ibericamente) and truffle (Italia Tartufi), making tradition and modernity perfectly dialogue. To accompany the dishes, a choice of wines and drinks carefully selected by qualified sommeliers and bartenders. The colors and materials will be natural to create harmony with the surrounding environment and will be enriched by the art of the Eat The Map project, born from an idea of Margot Cont, Giulia Di Trana and Marco Urbano. It is a map made with wires on plexiglass or wood that are then transformed into edible works that celebrate experiences, relationships and identities. From Penisola 41.9 you can do various activities related to wellness such as yoga and meditation, music and splendid aperitifs at sunset. During the presentation of this new stimulating reality, at Identità Golose, we had the opportunity to get to know La Sùera, a new Domus of hospitality a few steps from the artistic village of San Pantaleo. A place designed for those looking for an intimate luxury authentically connected with Sardinia and which follows the philosophy of slow living. The idea of hospitality as an experience of deep well-being is rethought: bright, quiet rooms, immersed in the fabric of the Gallura village that invites you to slow down, breathe, find yourself. The Agave restaurant will have with a cuisine deeply linked to the territory. Chef Gianluca Capozzi prepared the RUOTE PAZZA (Ruote pazze Benedetto Cavalieri, Coconut milk with saffron, raw scampi and burrata) and Riccardo Rossetti delighted us with his homemade ice creams.
