Un brindisi con Isaia

Molti sono stati i brindisi di questo 2019, uno speciale ce lo ha offerto la boutique di Isaia durante la Vendemmia. E’ stata un’esclusiva esperienza degustativa che ci ha permesso di scoprire le preziose bollicine di Bisol 1542, sublimate dalle delizie di Ernst Knam. Bisol possiede una “cave”,scavata nella roccia, che conserva perfettamente alcune storiche bottiglie, le più prestigiose prodotte nel corso dei secoli da questa rinomata cantina.

Many were the toasts of this 2019, a special one was offered to us by the Isaia boutique during the Harvest. It was an exclusive tasting experience that allowed us to discover the precious bubbles of Bisol 1542, sublimated by the delights of Ernst Knam. Bisol has a “cave” into the rock which perfectly preserves some historic bottles, the most prestigious produced over the centuries by this renowned winery.
