Lo stilista Ralph Lauren ha scelto di intitolare una delle sue collezioni proprio “Polo Ralph Lauren”, usando un giocatore di polo a cavallo come simbolo. Il brand La Martina, sponsor della squadra argentina di polo, ha come simbolo 2 giocatori di polo con la stecca incrociata.

Domenica 23 giugno si è tenuto il Trofeo Città di Milano presso il Milano Polo Club; insieme alla squadra padrona di casa si è guadagnata la semifinale La Mimosa Polo Club. La finale invece si è disputata tra le squadre El Porteño e Puesto Viejo.
