Alla scoperta delle bellezze del Lago Maggiore

Il Lago Maggiore ci offre un territorio bellissimo, ricco di panorami mozzafiato, luoghi ameni nei quali farsi avvolgere dall’abbraccio della natura, isole uniche e delizie per il palato. La mia visita inizia da una posizione privilegiata, il Regina Palace Hotel di Stresa, un hotel che ci regala un soggiorno esclusivo, immersi in un lusso dal sapore retrò. Qui ogni angolo è una gioia per gli occhi e ogni servizio gode della massima eccellenza e del calore che solo pochi posti sono in grado di offrire. Iniziamo con il percorso in Funivia sul Mottarone. Ci si può concedere una sosta nel Giardino Botanico Alpinia, un vero e proprio balcone naturale dove rilassarsi guardando il paesaggio, circondati dal profumo dei fiori. Si prosegue poi verso la vetta per poter ammirare il panorama mozzafiato dei “sette laghi”. Per chi vuole regalarsi un’esperienza adrenalinica e divertente si può avventurare sul bob a rotaia di Alyland.

La bellissima Isola dei Pescatori ospita, ad Ottobre, un evento gastronomico dinamico e gustoso: “Gente di lago e di Fiume”. I ristoratori del luogo e numerosi chef giunti da tutt’Italia valorizzano i prodotti locali e soprattutto il pesce d’acqua dolce, creando ricette stuzzicanti e innovative. Tra loro Marco Sacco.

Dopo aver degustato le specialità del lago ci fermiamo sull’Isola Borromeo. qui visitiamo lo splendido Palazzo e il borgo, infine ci regaliamo una sosta esclusiva all’Elvezia.

The Lake Maggiore offers us a beautiful territory, rich in breathtaking views, pleasant places in which to get the embrace of nature, unique Islands and culinary pleasures. My tour starts from a privileged position, the Regina Palace Hotel in Stresa, a hotel that gives us an exclusive stay in a luxury retro flavour. We start the tour by the cableway on the Mottarone. We can have a rest in the Alpinia Botanical Garden, a real natural balcony to relax watching the landscape, surrounded by the scent of flowers. We then we proceed to the summit in order to admire the breathtaking view of the “seven lakes”. For those of you wanting a superlative and fun experience you can venture on Alyland bob track. The beautiful island of fishermen houses, in October, a dynamic and tasty gastronomic event: “People of the Lake and River.” The local restaurateurs and many chefs from all Italy enhance local products and especially freshwater fish, creating tasty and innovative recipes.

After having tasted the specialities of the Lake we stop on the island Borromeo. Here we visit the splendid Palace and the village, finally give us an exclusive relax at Elvezia. Among them Marco Sacco. The best season to visit Lake Maggiore is just begun, what are you waiting for??
