“Alberto Sordi Experience”

Scegliere un hotel non è più solo la scelta di un luogo nel quale soggiornare, ma nel quale vivere emozioni. Pensate ad un’esperienza che ci dà la possibilità di immergerci nella Roma del mitico Alberto Sordi, visitando i luoghi che lui ha reso celebre nei suoi film, ad esempio godendoci una passeggiata nell’affascinante zona del Ghetto di Roma, indimenticabile cornice di pellicole come “Un Americano a Roma”, “Fortunella” e “Il Marchese del Grillo”. L’Hotel J.K. Place Roma ci invita proprio a scoprire la città in modo inedito, attraverso gli occhi e il cuore dell’Albertone nazionale. Potranno essere organizzati dei tour privati alla casa-museo di Sordi, situata vicino alle Terme di Caracalla, qui è stata allestita una mostra senza precedenti con abiti, oggetti di scena, fotografie, documenti esclusivi, video e molte curiosità che ci mostrano anche la sfera privata dell’attore simbolo della romanità nella commedia all’italiana.

Per rendere ancora più immersiva questa esperienza il menu del ristorante J.K. Café si arricchisce del piatto “Maccarone Me Te Magno”, perché, si sa, il piacere passa anche dalla gola. Così lo Chef Michele Ferrara reinterpreta con maestria e passione la pasta, assurta alla fama nazional-popolare grazie al personaggio di Nando Mericoni in “Un Americano a Roma”. Il rigatone di gragnano a lenta essiccazione, cotto al punto giusto, viene insaporito con una salsa ottenuta mescolando sei tipologie di pomodoro, selezionate personalmente dallo Chef al loro mercato (San Marzano, Datterino, Costoluto, Camone, Grappolo, Cuore di Bue) e cucinate con cipolla, carote, aglio e sedano per ben sei ore, poi vi vengono aggiunti olio evo, Parmigiano Reggiano 36 mesi e tanto basilico fresco. Chi ama sperimentare nuovi cocktails desidererà provare quello creato a hoc dal bartender Antonio Napolitano “Lo Sceicco Bianco” per celebrare l’amicizia tra Alberto Sordi e Federico Fellini che lo diresse nell’omonimo film. Per realizzarlo ha scelto di mixare: tra loro 1 oz 1/2 Gin Beefeather 24, 3/4 Vermouth Silvio Carta, 1 oz Campari, 1 oz Latte Intero, il risultato è tutto da bere! 🙂
